Quebec premier welcomes U.S. tariff delay but decries uncertainty

Quebec Premier François Legault welcomed news that Canada would not be hit with United States tariffs for another month, but adds the uncertainty continues to hang over the economy regardless and Quebec companies are feeling the impact of those 25 per cent tariffs from U.S. President Donald Trump.
