Man arrested for carrying replica firearm at CHEO

Ottawa police arrested and charged a man this weekend for causing a disturbance involving a replica firearm at CHEO, the city's children's hospital, the police force confirmed on Monday.
Two years after council rewrote a bylaw to allow flowers and other non-consumable plants on the city-owned right of way, edible plants got the green light at committee.
