Judge rejects Hudson's Bay restructuring proposal intended to save remaining stores

An Ontario judge has rejected a proposed Hudson's Bay restructuring agreement that would have given the retailer more runway to save the six stores not being liquidated, even as its creditors are circling closer.

The mother and some other parents argue the trip should be cancelled because the political climate in the U.S. makes it unsafe, and points to what has happened to some visitors.
