The RCMP say they have dismantled three illicit drug labs in Metro Vancouver and arrested two suspects after nearly two years of investigation. The Mounties held a news conference Thursday afternoon at their B.C. headquarters in Surrey to display some of the pricey equipment seized and announce the raids of three drug labs at the end of last month in the suburbs of Pitt Meadows, Mission and Aldergrove. Police say two of the illicit drug labs are believed to have been used to produce fentanyl, but the purpose of the third lab remains “undetermined.”
