Nine dead after vehicle drives into crowd at Vancouver Filipino festival

Nine people were killed after a man drove through a crowd at a Filipino community festival in Vancouver on Saturday evening (April 26). A 30-year-old man was arrested at the scene, but police say they were confident it was not an act of terror.
