The young children of a woman who was among 11 people killed when a man drove his vehicle into a Filipino street festival in Vancouver say they will never forget their mother’s burst of laughter just a few minutes before her death. Ford Johansen, 15, and his seven-year-old sister, Darby, are still trying to accept that it was the last time they saw a smile from their mother, Jenifer Darbellay. They were looking for dessert from a food truck when the SUV came barrelling through.
