2 opposition MPPs have created a plan to solve Ontario's homelessness crisis in 10 years. Could it work?

A Green and Liberal MPP have come together to co-sponsor a private member's bill they say would aim to end homelessness in Ontario in 10 years. Experts agree the bill could go a long way to address the issue, in particular by making sure the province follows a "housing first" approach.
Police are calling off the search for a 29-year-old woman missing since falling into the water during a white water rafting trip on the Rouge River in western Quebec on June 1. She's believed to have drowned.
