The Quebec government is temporarily banning the transportation of some wild animal species in nearly 100 municipalities in areas where raccoon rabies has been detected.
John Hunt, a man whose wife and two daughters were murdered in a crossbow attack, is speaking out for the first time in an interview published by the BBC on Wednesday.
