Canada’s EV industry is having a rough week, and some experts fear that this volatile situation could enter full-shutdown mode over the coming months. A few days ago, Honda Canada reportedly decided to take a 2-year break on its $15 billion Ontario investment, a gameplan that would have included multiple EV battery plants and a Made-In-Canada supply chain. And now, other business investors might be re-evaluating their dreams of a large-scale EV operation in Canada.
