The countdown to summer vacation in Ontario will be blistering as Environment Canada forecasts temperatures topping 30 C across much of the province’s South and East, including Toronto and Ottawa, starting Sunday and into at least Tuesday.The heat wave will also affect parts of Southern Quebec, and edge into Manitoba and New Brunswick.

Five-year-old Emmett Mullins, pale and warm to the touch when he returned from school on Thursday, started vomiting at home.Emmett’s symptoms were not the result of the flu, but from being overheated: Earlier that afternoon, he had fallen asleep in his hot classroom watching a movie. U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Monday night that Israel and Iran have agreed to a ceasefire that will take effect on Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM.
