August 29, 2025

Trevor Hill, a racecar driver in Eastern Ontario, is gearing up for an extraordinary Labour Day Weekend. That's because he is taking part in a NASCAR race! Hill is the co-owner of the TWOth Autosport racing team in Calabogie, managing drivers in the shop and getting cars ready for raceday. But on Sunday, he’s getting behind the wheel at the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in Bowmanville, representing Tomlinson Motorsports NASCAR. He has been racing since 1998, from go karts to the big leagues. Hill joined Kristy Cameron ahead of the biggest race of his life.
Brett Lauther should have been pumped after connecting on five field goals in the Saskatchewan Roughriders' 21-13 Banjo Bowl victory over the Blue Bombers on Saturday, but it was his one mistake he focused on.
