Two people are dead and six others are suffering from various injuries after a stabbing incident in Hollow Water First Nation, a small Manitoba community on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg.
Manitoba RCMP said the suspect, without providing any identifying details, was also killed in the mass casualty event early Thursday. Police are now investigating what exactly happened.
The federal government is drafting plans for a public registry of its tech projects using artificial intelligence technology across multiple departments.
