Nova Scotia government promises to help Halifax tenants without power for two weeks

A Nova Scotia minister says tenants in a downtown Halifax building that's been without power for two weeks will be given priority at the office that enforces tenancy laws.

Once the building is finished, the city and university will do a land swap. UBC-O will acquire the old Hadgraft-Wilson property and the new site will be owned by the city.
