Toyota Canada is recalling nearly 33,000 vehicles for an increased risk of a crash due to rear visibility issues with some multimedia displays.

Ottawa-Carleton District School Board supervisor Bob Plamondon says he is under no obligation to meet with Ottawa media to explain his actions. Really?
