The United Conservative Party on Wednesday kicked out a former cabinet minister from its caucus, the second MLA to be expelled in just over a month.The UCP caucus, in a statement, said it expelled Peter Guthrie from government benches. Mr. Guthrie on Monday voted with the New Democratic Party in support of launching a public inquiry into allegations of improper contracting and procurement in the health care system.
