Harry Critchley is being remembered by his friends and family as an incredible advocate, lawyer, husband and father. The Nova Scotia man died suddenly last month.
Residents are reminded interim property tax payments and Vacant Unit Tax (VUT) declarations share the same deadline – Thursday, March 20.
For late payment on the interim property tax, a penalty charge of 1.25 per cent is added on the day following the March 20 due date, and it will be subsequently added to the outstanding amount on the first day of each month. Late VUT declarations are subject to a $250 late fee added to the final tax bill.
