Premier David Eby says his province will hold a public inquiry into the attack on a Filipino festival that killed 11 people if the criminal trial doesn’t answer the questions about what happened. The premier said in remarks Tuesday morning that he’d call an inquiry now, but he wants to ensure the trial on murder charges against Adam Lo is not impacted.“The Number One priority is ensuring justice for the Filipino community, ensuring that this man is held and tried,” he said.
