I have two children in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB), both enrolled in Early French Immersion (EFI). My eldest is in Grade 6. They both attend Rockcliffe Park Public School, often seen as a “top-tier” public school. But we don’t live in Rockcliffe Park. We live in Lowertown.
