The Friday deadline for a new deal has passed, and CUPW has issued striking orders to Canada Post. However, instead of an all-out dispute that completely disrupts service, it will be a ban on overtime hours. We bring you the latest developments as they become available. Over in Kingston, the municipality’s police force has been using drones to catch distracted drivers. Earlier this month, 20 drivers were nabbed for distracted driving thanks to this method. However, legal experts don’t agree with this tactic, and residents are now echoing similar concerns. They feel that a line has been crossed.
