Stephen Harper calls on Canada to mend ties with India

Former prime minister Stephen Harper said Canada needs to mend relations with India because the democracy of 1.4 billion is a necessary partner in an increasingly chaotic world.He also urged all Canadian political parties to shun the Khalistan movement, which seeks to carve a separate state for Sikhs out of India.
