Effective this September, RBC employees have been asked to be in the office 4 days per week. That’s according to a recent memo that was spotted by Reuters, which also says the rule doesn’t apply for roles that are either fully-remote or already in full-time office arrangements. As you might expect, staff members are not happy, raising concerns about additional travel times and transport-related expenses. Kristy Cameron digs deeper with Jamie Savage, who is the founder of a Toronto-based recruiting company called The Leadership Agency.
