Lawyers for five members of Canada's 2018 world junior hockey team will continue their final submissions to the judge presiding over the players' sexual assault trial Tuesday.

Police west of Toronto say a man from Mississauga, Ont., has been charged with sexually assaulting “multiple” girls under the age of 16.Peel Regional Police say the 28-year-old suspect is accused of communicating with the victims over social media using the screen name “-PoloPapi-.”They allege he “engaged in sexual relations” with them, with the incidents taking place between last September and this month.
