The mental health of Canada’s public service employees is, once again, under the microscope. According to new data released by the Treasury Board Secretariat, more employees are experiencing higher stress levels, which means their mental health is at risk of being compromised. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your present-day stress level at your workplace? Has it improved or declined compared to 2 years ago?
