The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash on Highway 401 Friday that left two people seriously injured. The crash occurred on the eastbound Highway 401 west of the Morrisburg off-ramp involving three commercial vehicles. Two vehicle occupants suffered serious injuries.
