Winnipeg truck driver Don Taylor got the OK to cross the border Friday, after having been stuck in Fargo, N.D., since Wednesday, but other drivers haven't been quite so lucky.

The City of Ottawa is formulating a brand-new strategy to recruit and retain new doctors in Canada’s Capital. It came out with a 10-point report to address Ottawa’s dwindling number of primary doctors.
