According to a recent survey by the Convenience Industry Council of Canada, the Ford government’s expansion of alcohol sales has been a ‘real game-changer’ for today’s convenience stores. It has driven higher foot traffic and replaced the lost revenue that was caused by a decline in cigarette sales.
