Dozens of flights at Vancouver International Airport have been cancelled or delayed Wednesday as the agency that provides air traffic control struggles with what it says are "personnel resource constraints."
A community in Newfoundland and Labrador has declared a state of emergency and ordered some residents to evacuate because of a wildfire that has already destroyed some homes.The Town of Small Point, Broad Cove, Blackhead, Adam’s Cove says the state of emergency covers the area of Adam’s Cove.Town councillor Susan Rose posted on Facebook that “a few houses are gone” but everyone is safe.
